In this way, you set up a unique one-on-one session that no one else can view or access. This technology ensures your security and privacy. In addition, you are in control during the entire session. Only you can initiate or end a remote support session. Further still, you are always in control of your mouse (cursor). During your session you will see us using your cursor to locate and fix problems as we discuss the solutions. At any time you have the ability to over-ride mouse control and/or stop the process completely. Once the session is over JEANERIC Computer Services cannot get back into your computer unless you run our remote software and initiate the connection again.
